Preparing for your move
When we reply we will be asking for the following information. This ensures we have the proper equipment to do the job right.
1.) Piano Details:
a.) Height of upright piano OR length of grand piano.
b.) Does the piano have a self-playing system (not common)?
c.) Does the piano have a humidity climate-control system?
2.) Origin details:
a.) Level of property where piano is located (e.g. main level, basement, upstairs).
b.) Any tight turns coming out of property (e.g. hallway, or landing of split entry home)?
c.) Number of steps inside the property.
d.) Number of steps outside of property.
e.) Any hills or unpaved outdoor surfaces the piano will need to travel across.
